  • 10:00 am - 12:00 pm:  Basics of FlowJo™ Software using version 10.10.1. In this session we’ll cover data management, basic compensation, manual gating, tables, and layouts. 
  • 12:00 am - 1:00 pm: Break
  • 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm:  Advanced FlowJo™ Software using version 10.10.1. In this session we’ll cover algorithmic data QC, clustering, dimensionality reduction, and cluster interpretation.
