In this training, we will demonstrate how images can be used in conjunction with traditional cytometric intensity data and image derived parameters to enhance your analysis. We will show the use of the BD CellView Lens plugin for editing image filters, sorting images, creating image sets, and performing machine learning. We'll also discuss critical data handling and pre-processing steps for BD FACSDiscover™ A8 Cell Analyzer data, including data cleanup, unmixing, and viewing spectral signatures.
